My name is Randi and I’m a Soul and Business Coach for female entrepreneurs who want more freedom, abundance, and fulfillment in their lives. I’ve been an entrepreneur since the day I was running a wrapping paper business at the mighty age of 8.

Right after high school, I worked full-time and went to hair-school full-time (that’s 80 hours a week!) to build my business as a stylist. I worked 7 days a week for 3 years as a hair stylist and assistant before I finally went out on my own. I was VERY excited and passionate about what I was creating so when I did start my own practice, I was able to book a full clientele within 6 months.

Fast forward to 2012, I was living in San Diego and decided it was time for me to open my very own salon. I had never felt so guided and supported as I did when opening up my salon. I had little money, but found the perfect place in downtown San Diego, hired an amazing team, and got to building a successful business.

After a few wonderful years at the salon, it was time to ask myself “What do I want now? What am I really passionate about” When I got more connected to myself, I realized I wanted to make an impact on women. I wanted them to see how powerful they are in their business, their life.

Why was this important for me? Well, my life I’ve dealt with some intense life experiences of rejection and abandonment that have helped me learn how to fully support myself. It wasn’t until my life took some unexpected turns (I’ve been married and divorced…twice)

Though I did hair for 17 years, I coached almost every client and every single employee or team member that joined me. I had unofficially been in the coaching industry my whole life (my dad is a motivational speaker and transformational life coach), and now it was time to intentionally choose this path.

Everything in my journey, from the ups and the downs, has prepared me for what I am doing now.
